There weren't too many theme pieces, but those we saw were
very good. We'd like to encourage artists to develop more
distinctive styles, to explore their mediums in new and innovative
ways.
Many of the felted items, silk scarves and jewelry are very
similar to one another. We also noticed that some of the jewelry
findings were too large and detracted from the overall look
of the piece. Susan would like to see more variety in the
quilting and more hand stitching.
However, the overall quality of gallery items is high.
